A therapist that gets what women in midlife really need
Feeling off lately but not sure why?
Midlife isn’t just about physical changes. It often comes with big, confusing questions like:
• Who am I now?
• What do I actually want?
• What’s next?
For years, we’ve held everything together, juggling family, work, relationships, and a million invisible responsibilities. But somewhere in our 40s and 50s, things start to shift.
The way we’ve always coped? It stops working.
Little things feel huge. The mental load gets heavier. And that quiet voice inside us starts asking for more.
A big reason for this shift? Hormones.
Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause play a big role in how we feel emotionally and mentally.
That’s where I come in.
I empower women to understand how hormones affect your emotional world.
“As a member of the Menopause Society, I won’t treat your symptoms like they’re random or all in your head. We’ll look at the full picture in therapy. The hormones, the life transitions, the relationships, and most of all…you.”
“When chaos is all around you, the wisest choice is to create peace within you.”

I can help you with…

Many PPO plans include out-of-network benefits that may cover a portion of the session cost (up to 80% with some insurances). Please contact the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire about your reimbursement rate.
You will be responsible for the full fee at the time of the appointment, and I will provide you with a super bill for submission to your insurance. Mentaya is a helpful tool for clients to submit their out-of-network claims.

Effective 1/1/22, a federal ruling went into effect called the “No Surprises Act,” protecting clients against surprise medical billing. This act requires all healthcare providers to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) to any patient who is uninsured or who is insured but does not plan to use their insurance to pay for health care services. If applicable, your GFE will explain the cost of services that are reasonably expected for mental health care. It won’t include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment.
